Only specific committee members will have access to membership listings, namely Chairperson, Treasurer, Membership Secretary and Webmaster. Information is stored on computers located on the island of Ireland. These computers are password protected and the data which we store for you is further password encrypted. We may also store information in paper files, which will be shredded annually. Paper copies will be stored securely under lock and key.

Your information will be kept only for as long as we need it to provide you with the services or information you have required, to administer your relationship with us, to inform the preferences of our supporters, to comply with the law, or to ensure we do not communicate with people that have asked us not to.

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, considering the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the personal information.
